As a visitor to the Site/ Customer you are advised to please read the Term & Conditions carefully. By accessing the services provided by the Site you agree to the terms provided in this Terms & Conditions document.

As part of the registration process on the Site, POMAC HYPERMARKET may collect the following personally identifiable information about you: Name including first and last name, alternate email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.)

Services of the Site would be available to only select geographies in India. Account & Registration Obligations

All shoppers have to register and login for placing orders on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing in "My Account" or by contacting the customer service.

Pricing

All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

Cancellation by Site / Customer

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime for which you have placed an order. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Return & Refunds

We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products Note: return physical quantity should be same as buying physical quantity if any difference in physical quantity, returns will not be initiated. Apart store managers approval returns will be processed Which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

You Agree and Confirm

That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by POMAC HYPERMARKET for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. POMAC HYPERMARKET reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

• How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the "Profile" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.

•  Are there any charges for registration?

No. Registration charges on Mango Daily it is absolutely free.

• Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Mango Daily?

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

• Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one Mango Daily account.

• Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

No, you can change delivery addresses in your Mango Daily account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address.

• Can I have multiple accounts with same mobile number and email id?

Each email address and phone number can be associated with one Mango Daily account only.

• Can I have multiple accounts for members in my family with different mobile number and email address but same or common delivery address?

Yes, we do understand the importance of time and the toil involved in shopping groceries. Up to three members in a family can have the same address provided the different email address and phone number associated.

• What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at Mango Daily. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

• What are credit notes & where can I see my credit notes?

Credit notes reflect the amount of money which you have pending in your Mango Daily account to use against future purchases. This is calculated by deducting your total order value minus undelivered value. You can see this in "Wallet".

• What is My Shopping List?

My Shopping List is a comprehensive list of all the items previously ordered by you on Mango Daily. This enables you to shop quickly and easily in future.

Payment

• What are the modes of payment?

You can pay for your order on Mango Daily using the following modes of payment:

a. Cash on delivery (COD)

b. Credit and debit cards (VISA / MasterCard / Rupay)

If the order has to be left at the security gate, please continue through cards or cash as you are doing now.

If you choose COD as the payment method, you will need to pay our delivery executive in cash at the time of delivery.

To minimize contact, please give the executive the exact amount or the order total rounded up to the nearest hundred. For example, if your order value is Rs.1,235, please pay exactly this amount or Rs.1,300.

• Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?

There is no VAT. However, GST will be applicable as per Government Regulations.

• What is the meaning of cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

• If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?

If in case we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your Mango Daily account as store credit and you can use it at any time against your future orders.

• Where do I enter the coupon code?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot and payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any e-voucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

• What is Mango Daily Wallet?

The Mango Daily Wallet is a pre-paid credit account that is associated with your Mango Daily account. This prepaid account allows you to pay a lump sum amount once to Mango Daily and then shop multiple times without having to pay each time.

Delivery Related

• When will I receive my order?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted with order placed successfully, within next selected slot your order will be delivered.

After cutoff time, time and slot should be selected by you for next day deliver. Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you, if we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations).

• How are the fruits and vegetables packaged?

Fresh fruits and vegetables are handpicked, hand cleaned and hand packed in reusable plastic trays covered with cling. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.

• How are the fruits and vegetables weighed?

Every fruit and vegetable varies a little in size and weight. While you shop we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by kilogram. At the time of delivery we weigh each item to determine final price. This could vary by a maximum of one unit weight depending on the article. In case the weight of the product is lesser than what you ordered, you will pay correspondingly less.

• How will the delivery be done?

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

• How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?

You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on "My Account" at the top right hand corner and go to the "Update My Profile" section to change your delivery address.

• How much are the delivery charges?

You will be able to check this detail at the time of entering the address and location. If we are unable to deliver in your area – you will be notified then and there.

• Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?

In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.

• Do you do same day delivery?

We do same day delivery provided you place your order within selected date and slot on the day you want delivery. 

• What is Same Day Delivery?

Mango Daily has now with same day delivery. All you have to do is order any times and we will deliver it to you the same day within selected slot of ordered time*. Any order placed after cutoff time will be delivered the next day in the slot chosen by you. For example if you place the order after 18:00hr you can choose time of delivery of next day from either 9:00HR to 10:00hr or 10:00hr to 11:00hr ETC… slot. But, if order is placed after 18:00hr *Subject to slot availability.

• What are delivery slots?

Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order.

• Can I add products after the cut off time for a slot?

Yes, you can add products after cut off time to your order. However, if you do not wish to buy a product you may cancel it before the time of delivery

• How can I check availability of next slot before placing order?

Once you log in to your account, you will notice that on the right side of the website, under "Cart" the next available slot in which you can order will be displayed.

• Can I change my order delivery slot after placing the order?

Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer support team and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

• How do I check the current status of my order?

The only way you can check the status of your order is by your Mango daily App or contacting our customer support team.

• How do I check which items were not available from my order? Will someone inform me about the items unavailable in my order before delivery?

You will receive an application notification about unavailable items, you will be having 10 mins to approve the suggested item if not approved the particular item will be canceled and proceed with other items added in the cart.

• What You Receive Is What You Pay For!

At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice. Please report any missing item that is invoiced. As a benefit to our customers, if you are not available at the time of order delivery or you haven’t checked the list at the time of delivery we provide a window of 24hrs to report missing items. This is applicable only for items that are invoiced.

Returns & Refund Policy

Yes, Mango Hypermarket is our offline store.

• How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return?

What are the modes of refund? The amount will be refunded to your Mango Daily account to use as store credit in your forthcoming purchases. In case of credit card payments we can also credit the money back to your credit card. The money will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue.

• I am a corporate/ business. Can I place orders with Mango Daily?

Yes, we do bulk supply of products at special prices to institutions such as schools, restaurants and corporates. Please contact as at info@mangodaily.in to know more.

• I'd like to suggest some products. Who do I contact?

If you are unable to find a product or brand that you would like to shop for, please write to us at info@ mangodaily.in and we will try our best to make the product available to you.

• There is a difference in the amount mentioned in the invoice sent by the store and the order value shown by Mango Daily when placing the order. Why should I pay the extra amount?

Fruits and Vegetables are natural products that come in different shapes and sizes. While we have a strict control on the average sizes and weights, there is always scope for weight to vary from your ordered quantity. As a process we make sure that in all conditions only a maximum of one unit can go extra and hence you will be changed pro rata for the extra quantity.

• Is there an expiry date to my wallet credit?

No, there is no expiry date on the reward amount. Once the money is credited to your Mango Daily wallet, it stays there till it’s used.

• How do I check my wallet balance?

You can view your wallet balance and its associated details under "My Wallet" section in "My Accounts" page.
